Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SoloFix Appliance Repair website or booking our appliance repair services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
SoloFix Appliance Repair provides residential and commercial appliance repair services throughout the United States. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and parts replacement for major household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, microwaves, and more.
Service availability may vary by location. Not all services may be available in every area. We will confirm service availability in your area when you contact us or submit a booking request.
2. Booking and Appointments
Submitting a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when a SoloFix representative contacts you by phone to verify the details and confirm the scheduled time.
Please ensure you or an authorized adult (18+) is present at the service address during the appointment window. If no one is available, you may need to reschedule, which may result in additional scheduling delays.
3. Pricing and Payment
All pricing is provided as a written estimate before any repair work begins. The diagnostic fee (if applicable) is waived when you proceed with the repair. The price quoted in your written estimate is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no surprise charges.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, checks, and Zelle. Prices are subject to change based on parts availability, labor complexity, and local market rates.
4. Warranty
All repairs completed by SoloFix technicians come with a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the repair date, SoloFix will return and correct the issue at no additional charge.
The warranty does not cover:
- New or unrelated failures that occur after the repair.
- Damage caused by misuse, power surges, flooding, or other external factors.
- Appliances that have been serviced by another technician after our repair.
- Cosmetic damage unrelated to the repair performed.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time before the technician departs for your location. Please provide as much advance notice as possible. If a technician has already been dispatched and you cancel upon arrival, a trip/dispatch fee may apply.
6. Access to Property
By scheduling a service appointment, you grant SoloFix and its technicians permission to access your property for the purpose of diagnosing and repairing the specified appliance. Our technicians are required to conduct themselves professionally, wear shoe covers, and leave the work area clean.
7. Limitation of Liability
SoloFix's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of food, property damage unrelated to the repair, or lost business income.
We carry full general liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage caused by our technicians during a service visit, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the matter through our insurance carrier.
8. Website Use
The content on this website — including text, images, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of SoloFix Appliance Repair and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.
You agree not to use our website to: (a) scrape or harvest data; (b) submit false or fraudulent booking requests; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or our systems.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. SoloFix has no control over the content of third-party sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices or content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which services are rendered. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate state or federal court.
